True to the spirit of “A New Me”—the theme of the 2024-2025 academic year—each SenTian has set personal goals for self-improvement. With these aspirations, they are ready to conquer new realms of knowledge, acquire comprehensive skills, and create memorable experiences with teachers and friends.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Peter Dominic McGuigan, Deputy Head of Primary, shared:

“The theme of the 2024-2025 school year is ‘A New Me.’ This signifies a fresh beginning. Let us leave behind the past year’s worries and start anew, crafting a fresh story together.” He emphasized, “Teachers and students, let us begin this year with SenTia’s core values: care, respect, good character, kindness, curiosity, perseverance, and a continuous pursuit of self-improvement. Remember, SenTia is a family where you are always welcomed and valued.”

Ms. Joey Nghi Ho, Head of Secondary and High School, added during her address:

“The school will foster a challenging learning environment, enabling students to explore the world and themselves. You can make mistakes, reflect, and grow by developing new skills. At the same time, we will continue nurturing beautiful values such as respect, kindness, active listening, empathy, and understanding.”

Mr. Dang Hoang Bach, a parent of Grade 1A1, shared his thoughts after the opening ceremony:

“I, along with other parents, truly felt the enthusiasm and joy radiating from the teachers to the students. I wish the young SenTians a school year full of valuable lessons, joyful moments, and beautiful memories throughout their learning journey.”

The 2024-2025 academic year at SenTia School begins with vibrant energy and a shared commitment to growth, promising a year of discovery and success for every student.
