It took just about 40 minutes from school for our Grade 1 students to arrive at Steam Land — a lush, green, and creative world where every activity brought joy, laughter, and meaningful lessons.

The moment they arrived, the children were instantly swept up in the cheerful energy of fun warm-up games. Laughter filled the air as little feet jumped, hands held tight, and teammates worked together to complete exciting physical challenges — building both endurance and teamwork.
After an energetic start, the students moved on to the Wood Workshop, where they transformed into little carpenters, carefully crafting their very own wooden helicopters. Proud of their creations, many even decorated them with tiny red flags — a sweet expression of love for their homeland.

The adventure continued in the STEAM Lab, where our young scientists experimented with making vegan toothpaste using coconut oil, cornstarch, and natural coloring. The activity was both fun and educational — reminding students about the importance of keeping their teeth clean and healthy every day.

The trip also introduced the children to something new — a vibrant hydroponic vegetable garden. Guided by the farm instructors, they observed and touched the plants up close, learning how vegetables are grown and cared for. The highlight? Discovering the spiky cucumber plants that sparked endless curiosity and amazement!
As the day came to an end, there were still wistful smiles and little voices whispering:
“I wish it were morning again… so we could start all over.”
The trip may have ended, but our Sentians brought home backpacks full of joy, wonder, and early life lessons about nature, science, and the world around them.
