After completing the midterm exam, we, grade 10 students, were very excited to experience the trip to Huu Lung, Lang Son for two days on October 17-18.
Although we left very early, with excitement and anticipation, everyone was very excited to chat with each other during the 3-hour ride. When we arrived at the destination, the students quickly explored every corner and captured the moment with photos. We had time to rest and enjoy a specialty of Lang Son called “khau nhuc” for lunch. In the afternoon, we split into two teams for “up the forest and down to the sea” activities. One team trekked to Khe Dau Waterfall, while the other rowed across Dong Lam Grassland. We all had a fantastic time appreciating the natural scenery and breathing in the fresh air.
In the evening, everyone gathered around for a barbecue and participated in a gala dinner. Not only did we have cultural activities to connect, but we also sent early birthday wishes to Mr. Thao – the physical education teacher, and sent wishes to the female teachers and students on Vietnamese Women’s Day.
This was truly a memorable trip when everyone had time to talk more and understand each other better, thereby creating a more connected bond with each other when this year there were not only old students but also newbies of the SenTia family. Let’s create more memorable memories together!
