Debater Son Bach enrolled in the Novice WSDC 2025

Congratulations to Bui Son Bach (8A1) for becoming the Runner-Up Under-16 Category at the Novice World Scholar Debate Competition (WSDC) 2025.

Overcoming thousands of participants, Son Bach and his team reached the Final Round and achieved an outstanding result. Regarding supporting the LGBT community, Son Bach’s team impressed the judges with solid arguments and fluent English skills.
As an annual debate tournament, the WSDC brings together teams representing countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Canada. The Novice WSDC 2025 competition, organized by the WSDC Team Malaysia, occurred online from February 19 to 20, 2025. The teams compete in multiple rounds, from the group stage to knockout rounds, including the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. Each round features different debate topics, helping participants improve their critical thinking and creative reasoning skills.
With a strong passion for Debate and experience from previous competitions, Son Bach has continued to showcase his strengths and special abilities. These include critical thinking, impressive persuasive skills, and confidence when facing challenges.
