To provide our students with increasingly meaningful learning experiences and a high-quality educational environment, the teachers and staff at SenTia School are committed to continuous learning, professional development, and the adoption of innovative approaches to teaching and work. 

During our recent whole-school professional development day, team members took part in a range of in-depth learning and sharing sessions tailored to the needs of different academic teams and departments. The training focused on innovative teaching approaches, differentiated instruction, student support planning, assessment and reporting, and updates on new professional requirements. All of these efforts share one common goal: better understanding our students and supporting them more effectively throughout their learning journey. 

Alongside educational expertise, our team also strengthened their knowledge and practical skills in using AI safely and effectively in teaching and everyday work.  

Every hour our teachers spend learning and every new skill our team develops contributes to enhancing the quality of teaching, improving workplace effectiveness, and providing better support for our students and families.
