“Mâm Ngọc” Competition: Telling Mid-Autumn Stories throught traditional values

Drawing inspiration from the familiar images of the Mid-Autumn Festival, each class at SenTia found its own unique way of expression. Every fruit tray was not merely a creation of skill and creativity, but a story of teamwork, distinctive ideas, and the love SenTians hold for traditional values.

Judged across four criteria—Aesthetics, Vietnamese Mid-Autumn Identity, Creativity, and Meaningful Storytelling—the outstanding fruit trays have been named:

• Class 7A2
• Class 8A2
• Class 9A1

Sharing the concept behind their Mid-Autumn display, Class 9A1 expressed: “With the theme ‘Moon Palace Journey,’ we drew inspiration from the cherished elements of traditional festive trays, blending them with a modern touch and youthful creativity.

From familiar fruits and sweets to decorative pieces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to craft a tray that remains close to the traditional beauty of Vietnamese Mid-Autumn while reflecting 9A1’s unique identity.

To us, the most meaningful part was not just the finished tray, but the moments our class spent together preparing, brainstorming ideas, and creating beautiful memories. We hope that through this small display, everyone can find a warm sense of familiarity and fond memories of the Mid-Autumn Festival.”
