To equip teachers and students with practical knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting, fire and rescue services, SenTia School organized a specialized fire safety training session covering fire prevention, firefighting, and emergency evacuation skills in the event of a fire or explosion.

Major Đỗ Hoàng Thanh and Captain Nguyễn Viết Mạnh from Firefighting and Rescue Team No. 13, Department of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue (PC07) joined the program, sharing essential knowledge and practical skills in fire safety and rescue, while also coordinating and directing the response to the simulated emergency.
– Understanding fire and explosion risks and potential safety hazards that may occur in real-life situations.
– Identifying fire and explosion risks in the school environment, thereby raising awareness of proactive prevention and appropriate responses to emergencies.
– Developing safe evacuation skills in the event of a fire, particularly in crowded environments such as schools.

Going beyond theoretical knowledge, the training included a simulated fire emergency, allowing teachers and students to directly practice essential response and evacuation procedures.
From activating the alarm – organizing evacuation – guiding students to safety – moving to the designated assembly area, each step was carried out according to the simulated scenario. The exercise helped participants develop quick response skills, follow instructions effectively, and remain calm in an emergency.

SenTia School believes that through practical activities like this, fire safety awareness and preparedness can be strengthened across the school community, empowering every teacher and student to “know how to prevent – understand how to respond – stay calm to evacuate safely” when faced with an emergency.
